Fraud, Waste and Abuse
Omnicare promotes an ethical culture of compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements, and mandates the reporting of any suspected fraud, waste and abuse. Individuals and entities that Omnicare does business with (contractors, vendors, customers, and other associates) are strongly encouraged to report alleged acts of fraud, waste or abuse.
Several reporting options are available for reporting alleged FWA. CVS Health maintains a confidential disclosure telephone line, known as the CVS Health Ethics Line, for which appropriate confidentiality is maintained. The Ethics Line is available 24 hours a day seven days a week at 1-877-287-2040 and CVSHealth.com/EthicsLine.
