Account Managers
Get assistance with day-to-day concerns/questions that may arise. Our Account Managers make periodic facility visits to address all service issues, review equipment and assist with staff trainings. They also utilize pharmacy tools, such as Omniview, to help your facility optimize care.

Omnicare Consultant Pharmacists (CPs)
Our CPs assist you to optimize medication therapy, as well as to identify potential medication therapy issues for residents and recommend possible resolution actions to you and your resident’s physician. They perform admission and monthly medication regimen reviews; these written reports are provided to the community leadership and can be accessed in Omniview at any time.

Nurse Consultants (NCs)
Get annual quality reviews with our NCs to prepare your facility for state surveys. (Any additional nursing requests [med cart audit, narcotic audit, etc.] can be coordinated through your Account Manager.)
