Consultant Pharmacist service begins with an introductory meeting with key staff members. Every Consultant Pharmacist visit includes one-on-one time with key leadership before and after the consulting session to ensure that critical information is shared and addressed promptly.

Medication Management

Your consultant pharmacist will work closely with you to regularly review medication charts. These evaluations reveal possibly harmful medication interactions & duplications, in addition to providing an opportunity for pharmacists to recommend alternative medications or formulations that may increase the effectiveness of your resident medication regimens.
