Important Dates
September 2008 — Loss of Deemed Status Letter mailed to those who will no longer qualify for extra help for Medicare Part D on 1/1/09.

Oct. 2008 — Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) will be mailed to plan enrollees outlining benefits and any changes.

Auto assignment of dual eligibles who are in a plan that will not have a zero premium or premium within $1 of the low income premium subsidy for 2009

Late Oct. - Nov. 2008 — Notification to duals or responsible party of plan re-assignment

Nov. 15, 2008 — Open enrollment begins for 2009 (Standard Benefit)

Dec. 31, 2008 — Open enrollment ends for 2009
