16 Dec 2005 - AHCA Medicare Part D Update
The American Health Care Association (AHCA) has provided updated information on the CMS fax program for
the auto assignment of dual eligibles. CMS has indicated that it may take up to ten days for information to be sent back.
Additionally, facilities requesting information for more than 100 residents must use the mail-in option.
