Omnicare has discovered a fraudulent campaign targeting prospective job candidates who have posted on public internet job boards. In these instances, fraudsters posing as members of the Omnicare recruiting department have supplied checks for the prospective candidate to cash, requested birth certificates or asked for other personal information from candidates. Omnicare would never ask job candidates to email any personal information, nor would we send a check to anyone requesting it to be cashed and money to be wired.
